Well, golf is a rich and challenging game, and there are golfers of all kinds of backgrounds and skill levels. Certain golf balls are designed to give the player as much forgiveness on their strikes as possible, while others allow better players to get more spin so they can pitch their shots just right.
You may come across the magic word ‘urethane’ before. This is a type of plastic coating given to certain golf balls. Balls with a urethane cover tend to feel softer and offer more spin on pitch shots while non-urethane balls produce a higher, faster flight.
